Los Angeles, CA - WiredLabs, the definitive gaming entertainment company, today announced the acquisition of Frontline Media, operators of FPSCentral.com, and associated properties.

WiredLabs today solidified negotiations with Frontline Media that includes a complete acquisition of properties and integration of staff. FPSCentral, owned and operated by Frontline Media, will be integrated into the Amped News Network with already existing eSports media outlet, AmpedNews.com. This venture will expand the reach of the current eSports oriented site to grasp a much larger audience through a highly developed network format. “We sought to acquire a site that had an already established presence with a large user base that would benefit with the implementation of our business model. Frontline Media was the perfect candidate with FPSCentral and its 145,000 registered users. The site currently houses a wetitleh of content and the application of our model will further increase its potential” states Ryan Schumacher, CEO of WiredLabs.

Former CEO of Frontline Media, Jeremy Wood, will join the WiredLabs executive staff as the Vice President, maintaining day to day operations and working on organizational development. “WiredLabs houses an impressive executive team that presented a sound financial model and will allow us to capitalize on our well established community. Together we will be able to expand our reach to a whole new level as we develop a whole new state of the art, international network built on our own proprietary software architecture. Our users will belong to the most interactive and content rich community on the net” states Jeremy Wood, Vice President of WiredLabs.
